Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead process optimization and formulation development within a high-volume compounding environment. You will drive improvements that improve product consistency and reduce variability, supporting production teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication skills.
• Experience with SPC and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Collaboration across operations, quality, R&D and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization in high-volume compounding environments.
• Develop and modify formulations to meet performance and quality requirements.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, lab, and commercial teams.
• Investigate processing and product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support quality systems, documentation, and operator training programs.
• Evaluate raw materials, new technologies, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Promote Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
