Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and improve chemical manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Support process improvements and capacity upgrades.
• Assist with operator training and maintain operating procedures.
• Prepare technical documents (P&IDs, balances, layouts).
• Troubleshoot processes to improve efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Identify and reduce safety, environmental, and operational risks.
• Participate in hazard analyses and safety reviews.
• Manage equipment purchases, project costs, and timelines.
• Support system installations and startup activities.
• Scale up processes from lab to full production.
• Contribute to safety programs and emergency response team.
