Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Process Engineer to monitor and improve manufacturing performance at a Puerto Rico plant. You will guide operators, execute mass-balance based decisions, and maintain critical process documentation.

Responsibilities include CPV validations, instrument classification, change controls, NCR/CAPA activities, and collaboration with R&D and reliability teams. English/Spanish fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5–8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and address process performance and optimize inventory.
• Provide instructions to operators and escalate issues to supervision as needed.
• Complete instrument criticality classification and related documents.
• Perform CPV and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Lead change controls and support CAPA/NCR activities.
• Utilize DeltaV, P&ID and related tools for troubleshooting.
