Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and address process performance metrics (Yield, Overhead, Finished Goods, WIP).
• Evaluate process performance using mass balance data and escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Create and revise plant documents (MBRs, SOPs, manuals) and provide operator training.
