Job summary

System One, Portage, MI, seeks a Senior Process Engineer for a contract, onsite role from 8am-5pm. This position supports high-impact projects across Product Transfer, Operations and divisional partners, with emphasis on PPAP and data-driven process improvement.

The candidate will analyze equipment data, validate processes, and contribute to PFMEA, Control Plans, and SOP development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Equipment Validation Experience.
• Statistical methods for process development.
• Manufacturing/Test Equipment Integration & Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of high impact, cost transformative projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product Transfer, Operations and Divisional partners, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Perform PPAP analysis, analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experiments and interpretation of results.
• May lead or act as independent reviewer in process review meetings.
• Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, PPAP and other internal process qualification activities associated with product transfers.
