Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering (or equivalent) is required.
• 10+ years in plastics-related manufacturing or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, procedures, and equipment for improvements.
• Lead DOE studies for material evaluations and process optimization.
• Coordinate mold trials, equipment start-up, and quality checks.
• Develop and document setup/start-up, maintenance, and process procedures.
• Provide training to shop personnel and ensure process discipline.
