Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• Proficiency in project-oriented admin, cost control, and management
• Strong technical management and organizational skills
• Good leadership and communication abilities

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with technical services to identify critical and key process parameters for validation
• Report progress, highlight risks, clarify issues, suggest recommendations, and present next stage development plans
• Operate process equipment (fermenters, recovery and depth filtration) and coordinate daily GMP production activities
• Develop SPC charts for continuous process monitoring and control
• Manage project finances and support financial reporting requirements
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support; participate in process/ cleaning validations; ensure safety and biosafety compliance
