Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to deliver technical support in a GMP pharma/biotech environment. You will drive process improvements, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate cross-functional projects from problem identification through implementation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, strong problem-solving and documentation skills, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial/Bioengineering or related field.
• 5+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, change control, CAPA, and engineering documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day process engineering support to manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Evaluate process performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, capacity, quality.
• Lead or support troubleshooting and root-cause investigations related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions to address process and equipment issues.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, system modifications, and process improvement initiatives.
