Job summary

New Generation Wellness in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to design, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes for nutraceutical products. You will lead process development from pilot to commercial scale, ensure cGMP compliance, and drive efficiency.

The role requires deep expertise in solid dose, gummies, and softgels, strong analytical skills, and experience with Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive process engineering in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with solid-dose manufacturing equipment.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills (SPC, Minitab or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead process development from pilot to full scale manufacturing.
• Design validation protocols IQ/OQ/PQ per 21 CFR Part 111.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Mentor cross-functional teams on GMP practices.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, and Operations.
