Job summary

HydroGraph is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to join its Advanced Manufacturing team. You will help connect material properties, process behavior, and testing needs under senior guidance, supporting NPI, SPC, and equipment parameter work while contributing to documentation and cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering or related lab work.
• Willingness to learn NPI, SPC, and process parameters.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop standards, processes, test plans, and docs for NPI handoffs.
• Identify critical process parameters and operating limits; analyze data.
• Support change control with data-driven decisions.
• Prepare FMEAs, DFMs, and RCFA readiness.
• Assist training and production readiness for new product launches.
• Contribute to design/development of new products, processes, equipment.
• Document process changes and SOPs.
• Run basic DOE and data analysis under guidance.
• Apply engineering principles and statistics to ensure robustness.
