Job summary

Jobtailor in Dublin, OH is seeking a senior process engineer to provide specialized technical guidance to process engineering staff, and to serve as a technical reviewer for process engineering deliverables and safety concepts.

The role includes mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers, and supporting project teams in the development and evaluation of process designs within manufacturing environments, including capital projects execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 20+ years of experience in engineering design, chemical manufacturing, and/or food and beverage manufacturing.
• Familiar with capital projects execution in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing pressure relief device sizing and pressure relieving system evaluations.
• Experience selecting and specifying process instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical guidance to process engineering staff.
• Serve as a technical reviewer for process engineering deliverables.
• Support project teams in the development and evaluation of process designs and safety concepts.
