Qualifications

Experience with PCBA manufacturing and electronics assembly.
Ability to read wiring and pneumatic diagrams and engineering instructions.
Proven track record in process optimization and SOP development.

Responsibilities

Leads design, development and readiness of manufacturing equipment and ensures safety standards.
Escalates complex engineering tasks and ensures compliance with quality standards.
Mentors production and Eng Tech teams to drive continuous improvement.
Leads process development and validation activities for new/modified processes.
Reviews and approves technical documents meeting regulatory requirements.
Drives cross-functional collaboration for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
