Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process system design for skid-mounted and modular packages in an EPC environment, owning the process simulation models and ensuring alignment with design deliverables.

The role requires strong oil & gas, LNG, cryogenic, or industrial gas experience, with ability to translate simulation results into fabrication-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 10–15+ years of experience in oil & gas, LNG, cryogenic, or EPC industries.
• Advanced proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, UniSim)
• Strong experience linking simulation outputs to engineering deliverables
• Experience with skid-mounted systems and modular design
• Strong understanding of ENGINEERING workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead process design and system definition for skid-mounted and modular packages.
• Develop and own process simulation models (steady-state and dynamic).
• Ensure simulation outcomes align with design basis, vendor data, and operating philosophy.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, I&C, and Design teams to ensure operability and maintainability.
• Review vendor design data and ensure integration of vendor systems.
• Support fabrication, FAT, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Contribute to safety, operability, and reliability reviews.
