Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design and simulation for skid-mounted and modular packages in an EPC setting. You will own the process simulation models and ensure alignment with design deliverables and vendor data.

The role requires 10–15+ years in oil & gas, LNG, cryogenic, or EPC environments, with strong modeling and integration capabilities. Collaboration with mechanical, I&C, and packaging teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 10-15+ years of experience in oil & gas, LNG, cryogenic, or EPC industries
• Advanced proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, UniSim)
• Strong experience linking simulation outputs to engineering deliverables
• Experience with skid-mounted systems and modular design
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead process design basis and PFDs/P&IDs
• Own process simulation models and validation
• Coordinate across Mechanical, I&C, and Design teams
• Support vendor/packages integration and fabrication
• Participate in HAZOP and design reviews
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
