Job summary

Energy Exploration Technologies, Inc. (EnergyX) seeks a Process Engineer to translate lithium-extraction technologies from bench to pilot to commercial scale.

You will lead process development, flowsheet design, simulations, and PFD/ P&ID work, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with EPC contractors to deliver demonstration and full-scale plants. Responsibilities include optimizing demonstration facilities, transferring technology to commercial engineering, and facilitating vendor

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in process development, piloting, scale-up, and operations.
• Hands-on experience with pilot and demo plants, tests, troubleshooting, and equipment.
• Experience integrating technology into overall process design.
• Knowledge of hydrometallurgical unit operations and solvent extraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up from pilot to commercial scale for lithium extraction technologies.
• Engage with EPC contractors to deliver demonstration and commercial plants.
• Optimize demonstration plants and translate results to design criteria.
• Mentor engineering staff in membrane production, separation, and solvent extraction.
• Interface with vendors to procure equipment and oversee plant deployment.
