Base pay range

$107,800.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

We're seeking Senior Process Engineers in Conshohocken, PA, with options for remote work associated with the Conshohocken, PA, or Boston, MA offices. You will work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities in the Biopharmaceuticals sector. Your responsibilities include managing schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, establishing process design basis, developing process options, and optimizing designs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing projects, multiple positions available within this range
• Ability to independently create PFDs and P&IDs
• Familiarity with Bulk Biologics Drug Substance Technologies (Upstream and Downstream), Fill Finish Technologies, Cell and Gene Therapy, API and Oligonucleotide technologies
• Experience preparing bid and purchase specifications for process and utility equipment
• Knowledge of utility load calculations, line sizing, and process utilities distribution
• Experience interfacing with disciplines like I&C, Electrical, HVAC
• Preferred software skills include ASPEN-HYSYS, PipeFlo, HTRI, among others
• Familiarity with Single Use Equipment and experience with commissioning and qualification is a plus

Additional qualifications

• PE license preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
