We're looking for Senior Process Engineers in Conshohocken, PA, or remotely (with association to Conshohocken, PA, or Boston, MA offices).

You’ll be responsible for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, aligning with client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your team will establish process design basis, develop process options, optimize designs, and organize data for process flow sheets. We support your success and growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 10+ years of experience in manufacturing projects
• Ability to independently create PFDs and P&IDs
• Familiarity with Bulk Biologics Drug Substance Technologies or Fill Finish Technologies, Cell or Gene therapy, API and Oligonucleotide technologies
• Experience with bid and purchase specifications for process and utility equipment
• Calculations for utilities, line sizing, and distribution design
• Interfacing with detailed disciplines like I&C, Electrical, HVAC
• Knowledge of ASPEN-HYSYS, PipeFlo, Plant Design Software (preferred)
• Familiarity with Single Use Equipment
• Experience with commissioning and qualification (plus)

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
