Job summary

Foth is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Wisconsin to lead process mechanical design from concept through construction. You will perform calculations, develop P&IDs, equipment lists, and installation scopes while coordinating with multi-discipline teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of process engineering experience in industrial manufacturing, consulting, or EPC environments.
• Experience developing process engineering deliverables from concept through construction.
• Experience specifying and implementing industrial process equipment and piping systems.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of process mechanical designs from concept to construction.
• Perform calculations, system evaluations, sizing, and analyses for process designs.
• Create P&IDs, equipment lists, line lists, and installation scope documents.
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into coordinated drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present technical reviews to clients and plan project deliverables and hours.
• Provide technical leadership and QA/QC for the process mechanical team.
• Support field activities including startup and commissioning when required.
• Lead discipline execution to meet quality, schedule, and client expectations.
