Job summary
DISA Technologies is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to advance our High-Pressure Slurry Ablation (HPSA) technology across minerals processing, remediation, and resource recovery. The role emphasizes heavy lab work, data-driven experiments, and collaboration with R&D, pilots, and field deployment teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Minerals Processing Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of minerals processing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with lab-to-production scale-up and data analysis.
- Knowledge of safety programs (MSHA/OSHA/EPA).
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of process engineers and mentor staff.
- Design and execute lab and pilot-scale experiments to generate robust data.
- Develop PFDs, mass balances, P&IDs, design criteria, and control philosophies.
- Support field deployments and customer engagements.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental performance across activities.
