Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials in Branchburg, NJ is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement across chemical manufacturing processes. You will supervise one or more CI teams, troubleshoot production issues, and develop cost-reduction methods while ensuring safety and quality.

The role offers hybrid work, a salary range of $130k–$165k with a 10% annual bonus and 25–50% travel. Strong leadership, project management, and PLC/DCS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering.
• Hands-on optimization of specialty chemicals/gases production units preferred.
• Strong project planning and management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
