Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years hands-on optimization of specialty chemicals/gases production.
• Strong project planning and management experience.
• Proven ability to lead change under shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PLC and DCS control systems.
• Process hazard analysis leadership (LOPA/HAZOP).
• Cost/benefit analysis including DCF.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety of existing manufacturing installations.

• Direct projects to on-time, on-budget delivery with required quality.
• Develop training materials for Operations technicians.
