Kulicke & Soffa seeks a Process Engineer to drive concepts from proof of concept through mass production readiness. You will define system architecture in collaboration with Product Managers and work with the System engineering team to translate concepts into actionable project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Creates and oversees project architecture from concept to production
• Conceptualizes required components and system interfaces
• Oversees system aspects and manages tradeoffs
• Delivers a complete framework, system or product
• Defines processes for technical platforms and system specifications
• Identifies and resolves system design weaknesses
• Provides technical expertise for next generation initiatives
• Supports tasks: part failure analysis, machine setup, system testing
• Guides and teaches lower-level employees to solve complex issues
