What will you do?
- Lead regional Process Engineering activities and solve complex manufacturing process challenges.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, optimize, implement, and validate manufacturing process solutions.
- Develop and standardize SMT, soldering, dispensing/conformal coating, repair, and other critical processes.
- Support NPI and product industrialization from process readiness through ramp-up and stable production.
- Create and deploy process standards, automation, Digital Factory, and advanced process solutions across sites.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum seven years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Significant hands‑on experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering.
- At least two years of experience as a Lead Engineer or in an equivalent technical leadership role.
- Successful applicants will have to fulfill all prerequisites for contracts. Certain position may require US Citizenship.

- Strong expertise in Screen Printing and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) processes.
- Strong expertise in Reflow Process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong expertise in Wave and Selective Soldering processes.
- Strong knowledge of Dispensing, Conformal Coating, and Electronics Repair processes.
- Ability to define process parameters, process windows, process capability, control limits, and process control strategies using statistical engineering methods.
- Ability to provide advanced technical support and direction to resolve complex process issues across multiple sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting NPI, process development, manufacturing readiness, ramp‑up, and stable production.
- Experience improving flow, cycle time, WIP, changeover, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Experience developing and improving low‑volume, high‑mix, and electronics repair processes.
- Experience deploying automation, Digital Factory, advanced process control, monitoring, and analytics solutions.
- Experience developing, standardizing, and replicating process solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Proven experience delivering measurable productivity, cost reduction, capacity, yield, and margin improvements.
- Experience working with material suppliers, equipment suppliers, customers, and technology partners.
- Experience developing, mentoring, and transferring knowledge to Process Engineers and technical experts.

The pay range for this role is $156,400 - $281,500. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
