This role is responsible for maintaining and developing cost-effective manufacturing processes adhering to Class III medical device standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and strong leadership skills. The anticipated salary range is $95,000 to $127,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering required.
Experience with mechanical, tool design, and manufacturing processes (medical device preferred).
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
Responsibilities
Implement continuous improvement projects for cost reduction and efficiency.
Help product development with manufacturing launch of new products.
Prepare engineering change orders and coordinate the deployment of changes.
