A leading medical technology firm in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. This role is responsible for maintaining and developing cost-effective manufacturing processes adhering to Class III medical device standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and strong leadership skills. The anticipated salary range is $95,000 to $127,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering required.
• Experience with mechanical, tool design, and manufacturing processes (medical device preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement projects for cost reduction and efficiency.
• Help product development with manufacturing launch of new products.
• Prepare engineering change orders and coordinate the deployment of changes.
