Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Maryland to join our Cyber Mission team. The role supports one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community, requiring on-site work at a customer location.

You will drive cross-program coordination, implement standardized SE processes, and partner with multiple organizations to reduce risk. The position demands 15 years of process improvement experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of additional process improvement experience may substitute for degree.
• Fifteen years of process improvement experience on programs/contracts; five years in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across acquisition phases.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Promote cross-program coordination and technical collaboration to reduce integration risk.
• Standardize systems engineering processes across multiple programs and contracts.
• Work with supported organizations to enable requirements management and agile development practices.
