Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Process Engineer to head a design team for multi-disciplinary projects including high purity gases, biologics processing, and specialty chemicals.

You will guide concept through construction documents, ensuring quality and alignment with client standards while promoting lean project execution. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with regional experts, and contribute to reusable tools and checklists to improve efficiency across ATF/LSC projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in process engineering or related roles.
• PE license preferred; NCEES Record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of engineers and/or designers to create designs meeting project scope and client standards.
• Develops system design from Concept Phase through Construction Documents.
• Reviews concepts, basis of design, PFDs, P&IDs, piping/equipment plans, and cost/schedule for Process Systems.
• Mentors and trains junior staff; contributes to knowledge centers and standard tools.
