Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Troy, NY, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to design, specify, and commission process equipment and clean utilities, leading mid-to-large projects from start-up to site acceptance. The role requires a relevant engineering degree and 5+ years in project/process engineering (8+ for Principal).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project/process engineering experience; 8+ years for Principal.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of process control systems and automation.
• Knowledge of cGMP documentation for process equipment.
• Experience planning and tracking project activities and schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication; able to lead without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Design and specify cGMP process equipment, piping, and controls with documentation.
• Manage mid-to-large projects for process equipment and clean utilities including start-up and commissioning.
• Lead design review and installation of equipment.
• Prepare piping and instrumentation diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Support QA/Validation with design documents and protocol execution.
• Investigate equipment, utility, and control anomalies and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors.
