Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, Wisconsin, is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to support new product development, process improvement, automation, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.

The role partners with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, lead capital projects, and drive Continuous Improvement. You will develop data in ERP, perform time studies, and implement automation to improve productivity, safety and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering role.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design Engineering during new product development to provide design-for-manufacturability feedback and determine required process, equipment, and tooling changes.
• Research, develop, and implement manufacturing process improvements to support new product introductions, equipment upgrades, capacity expansion, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by evaluating existing processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and staying current on emerging manufacturing technologies.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process data within the ERP system, including routings, work centers, labor standards, material usage, and task definitions.
• Conduct time studies, prototype builds, and process validations to establish and maintain accurate manufacturing standards.
