Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support manufacturing by analyzing tooling and process requirements for new products and changes. You will maintain process and labor data and coordinate trials to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations and Quality to implement improvements, interpret data, and develop training and standard work documentation to sustain continuous growth and safe production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing role.
• Demonstrate ability to lead and implement continuous improvement projects to achieve value stream goals.
• SolidWorks or equivalent CAD experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, CAD drawings, and reports.
• Ability to effectively present information to employees, management, and/or public groups.

Responsibilities

• Analyze needed tooling and process steps for engineering changes and new products.
• Set up/revise process data and time studies for parts and prototypes.
• Study existing processes and designs to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate process trials for changed or new products including packaging.
• Interpret quality data to drive actions in operations.
• Research new processes and best practices across the industry.
• Work with Engineering and Operations to establish standard work procedures.
• Train manufacturing teams and document processes as standard work.
