Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Industrial Engineering role
- Experience in metal fabrication, assembly lines
Responsibilities
- Analyze production workflows to identify process improvements and cost reduction
- Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping)
- Develop time studies, work measurement systems, and labor standards to improve productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput
- Evaluate plant layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics
- Support new product introductions with efficient manufacturing processes and tooling requirements
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports to guide decision-making
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in engineering activities
- Train and mentor production staff on process improvements
- Oversee process control for finished goods assembly, packaging, and delivery readiness
