Job summary
The Boeing Company seeks a Senior Process Engineer in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO to design, implement, and improve advanced manufacturing solutions bridging engineering design to efficient production. You will translate requirements into build plans and digital work instructions, evaluate AR/VR opportunities, and lead 3D assembly analysis and simulation to drive manufacturing improvements.
Applicants should have 7+ years in engineering, 3+ years in 3D CAD/PLM (CATIA/ENOVIA/PDM), and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/related field.
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years in 3D CAD and PLM platforms (CATIA/ENOVIA/PDM)
- Experience leading Low TRL work for Autonomy
- Experience in design or analysis engineering
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain build plans, work instructions, and digital manufacturing content.
- Evaluate, pilot, and scale advanced manufacturing with TRL/MRL awareness.
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement to technology insertion.
- Coach production teams on new tools and content.
- Create process definitions for validated build plans and digital work instructions.
