Qualifications

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering.
• 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to line, department, and plant performance through production and process development activities.
• Applies structured problem-solving to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements.
• Develops deep technical understanding of critical process steps and assesses impact on product quality.
• Uses DOE and data-driven methods to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Analyzes data with PI Vision and other machine-data platforms for monitoring and improvements.
• Leads change-control processes and updates SOPs and standards.
• Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process qualification, and training.
• Documents process knowledge and learning to build organizational capability.
• Provides daily engineering support to ensure stable process performance and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborates with operators and leadership to address challenges and communicate priorities.
