Job summary

Lumicity is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a fully remote role in the United States. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in municipal wastewater treatment and can lead multidisciplinary teams on technically challenging projects across the country.

You will deliver designs, calculations and technical packages, review drawings, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with clients and internal teams. Remote work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Strong municipal wastewater and treatment process knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Remote | USA

I'm working with an established wastewater treatment technology company looking to add a Senior Project Engineer to their growing engineering team.

This is a fully remote position for an experienced engineer with a strong background in municipal wastewater treatment who wants to work across technically interesting treatment projects throughout the US.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engineering designs, calculations and technical packages
• Support multiple municipal wastewater projects from design through execution
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and calculations
• Work directly with internal project teams and customers
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience
• Strong municipal wastewater and treatment process knowledge
• AutoCAD, Plant 3D or similar CAD experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Fully remote with approximately 4-6 weeks of travel per year.

Compensation is flexible depending on experience, with an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
