Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Process Engineer to join our thriving manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. This role will offer the opportunity to work on the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality at all stages. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, contributing to product development, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and troubleshoot production issues, minimize defects, and reduce variability in manufacturing processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure manufacturability of new products, contributing to design reviews, and providing input on manufacturing feasibility.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for the design and modification of manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Manage and execute process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to drive process improvements and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel, enhancing their understanding of process requirements and standards.
  • Participate in root cause analysis activities, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Process Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Process Improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in product development, from concept to manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Solid understanding of Quality Control principles and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly desirable.
