Base Pay Range

$92,000.00/yr - $126,000.00/yr

Role Summary

The Process Engineer II will provide technical leadership to operate a major asset (annual revenue of $50MM to $200MM), focusing on output, material and energy usage, and meeting product specifications. Key responsibilities include establishing data collection and preventive maintenance processes, applying root cause analysis methods such as RCCA and Six Sigma, and leading process improvements to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost reduction. Collaboration with electrical engineers and specialists at JMTC will be essential for process control and modeling system development.

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform continuous process analysis for improvements and corrective actions.
• Develop standard control processes and operating procedures.
• Define process set points and create management tools.
• Support safety initiatives and promote safe behaviors.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues and share learnings.
• Identify process improvement opportunities across operations.
• Lead process redesign during rebuilds or major projects.
• Manage multiple projects and support startup activities.
