Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering or related roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of semiconductor/hardware processing technologies and manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading cross-site projects and influencing senior management.

Responsibilities

• Establish process standards and best practices across sites to reduce variation and improve cost efficiency.
• Lead evaluation and qualification of advanced equipment and automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to multiple project teams and mentor senior engineers.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align process engineering initiatives with business goals.
• Define and lead major process development programs and technology integration efforts.
