Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in process integration, RCA, and risk management.
• Experience leading cross-site projects and influencing senior management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert knowledge of semiconductor/hardware processing technologies and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory quality standards.
• Establish process standards across sites to reduce variation and improve cost efficiency.
• Lead evaluation and qualification of advanced equipment and automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to multiple project teams and mentor senior engineers.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align process initiatives with business goals.
• Define and lead major process development programs and technology integration efforts.
