You will be brought into important projects where process engineering support is needed most—whether that means helping with ramp-ups, new equipment, process changes, quality issues, or manufacturing performance improvements. It is a strong fit for someone who wants to stay close to operations, build broad experience quickly, and make a visible impact in the field rather than following a purely office-based design path.
