Amgen is seeking a Process Development Senior Associate in Thousand Oaks, CA to join our drug product technologies group. You will support late-stage formulation development and process development for commercial biologics, collaborating with engineers and scientists on design, execution, and data analysis.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, experience with analytical techniques (U/HPLC, SEC, HIAC), programming (Python, R) and data visualization, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a science/engineering field.
• Bachelor's with 2+ years of scientific experience.
• Associate's with 4+ years of scientific experience.
• High school diploma with 6+ years of scientific experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design formulation and process development studies.
• Execute laboratory studies with high accuracy (UF/DF, filtration, stability).
• Evaluate product and process performance via analytical testing (U/HPLC, moisture).
• Develop data analytics and visualization tools (Spotfire, MS Smartsheet).
• Perform data analysis using JMP or SAS.
• Author technical protocols and reports; share results in team meetings.
