BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a Process Development Sr. Scientist to independently conceive and design experiments supporting projects and organizational goals. You will lead technical resources, interpret complex data, drive innovation, and contribute to high‑impact documentation.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with post‑doctoral experience preferred where applicable
• Master’s degree plus 3 years of scientific experience or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of scientific experience
• Experience in regulated environments and technical documentation preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently design, monitor, and conduct experiments to advance projects and scientific understanding.
• Prepare novel protocols ensuring rigor and reproducibility.
• Provide advanced data analysis, interpretation, and recommendations from experimental outcomes.
• Lead department initiatives such as safety programs and cross‑functional collaborations.
• Contribute to scientific journal articles and technical reports as lead author when applicable.
• Mentor junior scientists and guide technical staff to develop supervisory skills.
