Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead process design, development, and validation for medical devices through product development.
• Determine solutions for complex problems and drive technical decisions.
• Apply DOE, pFMEA, DFM, and statistics to data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes for new product introductions into manufacturing.
• Lead tooling/fixturing and equipment identification, procurement, and installation.
• Create validation protocols and engineering studies to justify decisions.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement.
