Job summary

Regeneron in Tarrytown, NY is seeking a Process Development Engineer III for the Preclinical Manufacturing & Process Development (PMPD) group. You will apply your chromatography expertise to design, lead, and interpret experiments, while mentoring less experienced team members within Purification Development.

This on-site role requires hands-on operation of specialized chromatography equipment, strong cross-functional communication, and contributions to SOPs, data systems, and knowledge

Qualifications

Engineering degree required with 0-2+ years (PhD), 3-5+ years (MS), or 7-10+ years (BS) industrial experience.
Experience in protein purification processes and practical lab operations.
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead chromatography-based separation strategies and drive improvements.
Begin to lead technology development independently, onboard new technologies.
Prepare and review complex technical documents for senior leadership.
Mentor peers and contribute to lab operations and data systems.
