Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Process Development Senior Associate to join the Pivotal Drug Product Technologies Group. You will contribute to late-stage drug product formulation and fill/finish process development for large molecule modalities, collaborating with engineers and scientists to advance commercialization.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic or professional credentials in science or engineering.
• Experience or ability to plan and execute formulation and process development studies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design formulation and process development studies.
• Execute and document laboratory studies with accuracy (UF/DF, filtration, etc.).
• Evaluate product and process performance via analytical testing (U/HPLC, etc.).
• Build data analytics solutions using dashboarding tools.
• Perform data analysis with statistical software (JMP, SAS, etc.).
• Apply digital tools to automate data structuring and visualization.
• Prepare technical protocols and reports.
• Present study designs and results in team meetings.

Education

Masters degree

Bachelors degree with 2 years of Scientific experience

Associates degree with 4 years of Scientific experience

High school diploma / GED with 6 years of Scientific experience
