The role emphasizes solving technical problems, contributing to safe, robust synthesis, supporting cGMP manufacturing and regulatory filings, and performing process characterization with cross-functional teams, including potential lab-based

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree or higher; scientific experience may substitute for degree as listed.
• Bioconjugation chemistry background preferred; exposure to biopharma industry a plus.
• Ability to work in a lab setting with moderate supervision and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work within a drug substance team to solve technical challenges.
• Contribute to safe, robust, and cost-effective synthesis processes.
• Support cGMP manufacturing and technology transfer to facilities.
• Assist process characterization and data interpretation for regulatory filings.
• Document results and communicate findings to project teams.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet project deadlines.
