Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a seasoned Business Process Improvement leader to drive enterprise-wide efficiency through data-driven analysis and transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams and deliver sustainable solutions that reduce cost and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities include developing ROI models, guiding Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and mentoring Belt candidates while promoting continuous improvement across divisions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years business process improvement or process redesign experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required with Horizon Belt within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement projects across divisions.
• Develop ROI models and business cases to support changes.
• Mentor Lean and Green Belt candidates toward certification.
• Partner with Finance to develop and track project metrics and benefits.
• Promote continuous improvement practices across the organization.
