Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey seeks a Sr. Process Design Specialist II to drive enterprise-wide process improvements. You will lead data collection, value-stream mapping, and analyses, mentoring a team of business process analysts in a collaborative setting.

You will develop business cases using ROI models aligned with strategic goals, partner with division leaders, and deliver significant cost reductions while enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of business process improvement or process redesign experience; healthcare background highly preferred.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
Strong knowledge of change management principles and strategies as applied to people and process.

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-functional process improvement initiatives with minimal supervision.
Coach Lean, Green Belt, and Black Belt candidates to certification.
Develop ROI-based business cases and ROI models for projects.
Partner with Finance to track project metrics and benefit realization.
