Hyfé is hiring a Senior Process Engineer in San Francisco to take the HyféRevive process from pilot to commercial scale. You will own scale-up derisking, tech transfer to CMOs, and front-end engineering through FEL2/FEED, collaborating with vendors and EPC firms.

You will lead data-driven process design, model flows with Aspen Plus, and contribute to economics and risk reviews. The role demands startup-ready problem solving and clear technical communication.

Formación

• BS in Chemical Engineering with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Hands-on scaling a process from pilot to commercial or CMOs.
• Experience with TEA, sensitivity analyses, and vendor testing.

Responsabilidades

• Own scale-up derisking and technology transfer to CMOs.
• Lead FEL2/FEED studies and front-end design activities.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and cost models for TEA work.
• Coordinate with vendors, EPC firms, and CMOs for execution.
• Prepare engineering memos and slides for leadership.
