Job summary
Hello Therma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Design Engineer in San Jose, California. This role requires over 8 years of experience in process piping, where you’ll oversee projects and mentor engineers.
The ideal candidate will manage project designs, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure client satisfaction. Compensation ranges from $150k to $180k annually, based on experience and skills.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably with process equipment design and fabrication.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California is a plus.
- Positive attitude, commitment to teamwork, and strong mentor abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical and piping system design processes.
- Conduct design reviews and feedback to improve quality and performance.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to develop sustainable designs.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and budget adherence.
- Generate, review, and approve technical drawings and specifications.
