Job summary

Vestolit, an Orbia business, is seeking a Process Control Manager to lead technology enablement across PS-Vestolit facilities, driving OEE gains, cycle-time reductions, and data‑driven decision making. You will shape the strategic technology plan and align with Global Operations to maximize plant performance.

The role requires implementing DCS/PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, developing real‑time dashboards and an Alarm Management System, and advancing Industry 4.0/IIoT, AI and cloud solutions to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related engineering or scientific discipline.
• 5+ years in design/implementation or support of control systems, preferably in chemical industry.
• Leadership experience in chemical plants automation.
• Experience with DCS/PLC/HMI/SCADA and Industry 4.0/IIoT.

Responsibilities

• Identify initiatives to implement innovative technology for data-driven decision making.
• Build and support operation of digital dashboards from real-time plant data, including Alarm Management.
• Support automation strategy ensuring alignment with global standards and local needs.
• Establish baseline for data quality as foundation for digital solutions.
• Partner with IT/OT and Operations to ensure data integrity across platforms.
