Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an experienced Automation/Process Controls leader to manage the Engineering Process Controls teams, recruit staff, and align projects with business objectives.

You will develop standardization, write and maintain control system logic (ladder, function block, SFC), deploy OSIsoft PI data historian, and supervise alarm management and data integration across plants.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Electrical/PLC/HMI field.
• 10+ years programming/control engineering experience with DCS/PLC.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing teams.
• Expert knowledge of distributed control systems and PLC troubleshooting.
• OSI Soft PI Data Historian deployment experience.
• Alarm management experience per ISA 18.2.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and supervision of Engineering Process Controls teams.
• Develop standardization and documentation for the department.
• Create and maintain control system logic (ladder, function block, SFC).
• Oversee PI Data Historian deployment and data management.
• Manage alarm management at plant and global levels.
• Collaborate with production, IT, instrumentation, and engineers to identify automation needs.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and ISO compliance.
• Provide 24/7 operational support for process control systems.
